The Columbia River Arts & Cultural Foundation (CRACF) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit volunteer committee comprised of residents of Southwest Washington who are focused on developing a plan to build a state-of-the-art performing arts & learning center located within the Parker's Landing development (partnering with the Port of Camas-Washougal & RkM). This will become a destination focal point for the enhancement of art, culture, and economic opportunity in our communities of Clark & Skamania counties and will draw performers & attendees both regionally as well as from around the world.
CRACF is now a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization registered in the State of Washington and approved by the IRS.
On November 4, 2019 CRACF (then the Performing Arts & Cultural Center Steering Committee) formally presented our project to the Port of Camas-Washougal. The timeline provided reflects a realistic timeframe to bring a world-class, eco-friendly Performing Arts, Cultural, and Learning Center to SW Washington.
